Celebrate 19 Million years of Antilocaprids with our new T-shirt!

This new T-shirt was inspired by a publication titled “A BESTIARY OF ANCESTRAL ANTILOCAPRIDS” by big game biologist Jim Heffelfinger, anthropologist Randy Babb, evolutionary biologist Christine Janis, and wildlife biologist Bart O’Gara.

The “bestiary” serves as a field guide to ancestral antilocaprids, illustrating appearance, chronological age, and evolutionary relationships. It highlights how environmental changes in the late Cenozoic led to the extinction of most Miocene–Pliocene forms, leaving only the pronghorn to adapt to modern North American ecosystems.
