GPS Collars for Montana Pronghorn Research

Help support pronghorn research in Northern Montana! Fund a GPS collar, or a portion of a Lotek Litetrack Iridium 420+ GPS Collar! 

100% of the proceeds will go directly towards purchase of GPS collars for pronghorn research at the northern periphery of their range, where pronghorn make the longest migrations recorded to date. Research is led by Blackfeet and Ft. Peck Tribal Fish & Wildlife Departments, the Wyoming Migration Initiative and is in coordination with current pronghorn collaring efforts in Canada.

Whether you buy a portion of a collar or a whole collar, you will receive a "NAPF Research T-shirt" and be e-mailed quarterly updates on individuals from the Winter 2027 Montana capture. This can include generalized maps of movements of pronghorn captured in Northern Montana and any interesting details of what Tribal members and researchers are seeing in the field or inferring from specific movements.  

**No raw data or detailed maps will be provided when helping to fund collars.  This is due to Tribal and private lands considerations and sensitivities. Purchase only includes providing general information regarding your animal.
